Exchange policy

For Singapore orders, should you receive a defective item or wish to arrange an exchange due to a change of mind, you are welcome to visit any SHINE retail store for a seamless in-store exchange experience. Items must be returned in their original condition, with all original packaging intact.

Exchanges must be made for items of equal value. If a lower-priced item is selected, the price difference will not be refunded.

We understand that preferences may change, and we’re happy to accommodate. Within 7 days of receiving your order, we offer a complimentary exchange for shoes, provided they remain unworn.

To ensure a smooth experience, we kindly ask that you email us in advance so we can prepare your preferred size or colour ahead of your visit.

Please note that all promotional items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable, both in-store and online.
