Overseas shipping will be charged according to weight of items and will be advised accordingly at check out. Standard courier orders are shipped via DHL, express courier orders via UPS.- You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. These charges will be be paid in person when the parcel is being delivered. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies as well as tax and handling fees differ for every country. If you’ve any questions regarding the charges, please contact your local delivery service.
Please note with that due to a temporary Emergency Situation Surcharge by DHL, shipping rates have been adjusted and we are unable to confirm the specific shipping duration for each parcel with the current COVID-19 situation.
How do I exchange my order?
a. All exchange have to be done within 10 working days from date of delivery and 5 working days after an email has been sent on the exchange procedure. Requests for exchanges and returns thereafter will not be entertained.
b. Exchange items are applicable on regular priced orders without discounts. This does not include Insole, socks products, all sale items and all other items stated under item description.
c. Postage charges to and fro will be borne by the customer.
e. Store credit discount code can only be used once, not applicable for another return and exchange, or with any further discounts/ Style Points redemption.
f. Do kindly seek our confirmation prior to returning your order.g. Please email us for more details on exchanges.

h. Exchange an online purchase at the storeOnline purchases can be exchanged at any of our retail stores. You must have a valid order number for your online purchase. A one-time exchange only.
